Something for everyone to enjoy

Napa and Sonoma are mostly about wine and food, but not exclusively. There are a range of other activities, including biking through the vineyards, golf, horseback riding, hiking and spa treatments. There's an annual film festival, a 3 day major concert event called BottleRock, and a range of festivals. High season is March - November. And of course San Francisco is close by.
